SHIPPING IN JAMAICA:

Grand Drug & Gift Centre aka Grand Pharmacy uses Tara Courier, Doorway Express, Knutsford Express and Jamaica Post for local delivery island-wide.

Shipping charges within Jamaica normally range from JA$1500 upwards, depending on location and weight.

Estimated delivery time using Tara Courier, Doorway Express and Knutsford Express is 2-4 business days after verification.

All billing & shipping information has to be verified before the order can be processed. You will be contacted via email if your information cannot be verified.

Please note (Weekend): Local deliveries are not done on Sundays and as such orders placed after 10:00 am on Fridays will be scheduled for a Monday delivery.

Saturday Pickups – Knutsford Express offer Pickups within the towns of Kingston, Montego Bay and Ocho Rios on Saturdays. Call before 11:00 am to have your packages picked up and delivered the same day for in town deliveries or Monday morning for all other areas.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY:

We ship internationally using FedEx and Jamaica Post. Shipping costs vary with weight and volume.

Transit time for each order can vary slightly depending on the shipping method chosen.  FedEx International Economy USA takes 5 – 7 business days, after verification. You may choose a faster option at a higher cost if you wish. You may also choose a cheaper option, Jamaica Post, which takes 10 – 30 business days at a significantly lower cost.

Grand Pharmacy currently ships to over 30 countries. As FedEx is our primary international shipping carrier, Grand Pharmacy does not ship to Army Post Office (APOs), Fleet Post Office (FPOs), or PO Boxes. Grand Pharmacy shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery or shipment of goods. Grand Pharmacy is not responsible or liable for any damages incurred from a particular shipping company. We are happy to provide any information needed for you to make a claim. Customers are responsible for all expedited or other extraordinary approved shipping charges. You will incur an additional US$15.00 charge for any returned packages by our carrier because of an invalid international shipping address. Additional shipping charges apply if returned packages are re-shipped. Please make certain that the shipping information you provide is accurate and complete.

STORE PICKUP:

Store Pickup lets you avoid shipping charges by picking up your order in our Brown’s Town store.

Here’s how it works:

  • During checkout, choose Store Pickup and select Brown’s Town as the location.
  • Place your order and wait to receive a “Ready for pickup” e-mail. (This is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation e-mail.)
  • Bring your ID, credit card, and order number to the store and pick up your items.
  • We’ll hold your items at the store for 8 days. If you don’t make it in by then, we’ll cancel the order and refund you via the medium in which payment was received.

Bring to the store:

  1. Your government-issued photo ID, must match the billing details of the order.
  2. The credit card used for the purchase (if a credit card was used).
  3. Your order number and receipt.

Who can pick up your order:

You can pick up your order yourself or choose someone else to pick it up (Friends & Family Pickup). To have your order picked up by someone else.

  1. Fax (2) two copies of a government issued ID. (Fax number must be of the country of the billing address. The ID’s details must be identical to the billing details of the order)
  2. Provide the pickup person’s name, e-mail address and phone number. Your pickup person will need to show (2) two of his/her government issue ID and the order number at the store.

It’s important to note that only you or your designated pickup person can pick up the order and that you are to bring a copy of your receipt!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Authorized returns & exchanges must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. All returned items must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) Number and Form. Do not send goods back without an RA! Once the RA is received, the customer will be refunded via the medium payment was received.

To get an RA, Please send an email to info@grandpharmacyja.com or granddrug@gmail.com explaining the situation in detail including all of your contact information within 72 hours of receipt. You must have the packing slip and items, and the items must be in the same brand new condition as when received. You will receive a call from our Customer Service Department within 2 – 5 business days to determine the Return Authorization and call tag if applicable. Only items that are authorized and included on Return Authorization Form should be included in the package returned to Grand Pharmacy.

Any additional items included in package are subject to a separate charge. All orders being returned for exchange or refund must be shipped to Grand Pharmacy within fifteen (15) days from the RA approval or the order will not be accepted by Grand Pharmacy. Any credit due will be issued upon the receipt and processing of returned goods by Grand Pharmacy.

In order to be processed in a timely fashion, the RA Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned packaged and all original packing material, tags, and original packing slip must be included. Please allow 2-5 business days for all authorized returns or exchanges to be processed.

REFUND CONDITIONS:

1) Merchandise may only be returned in new, unused, undamaged condition in complete, undamaged original packaging along with the original receipt.

2) No returns, exchanges or refunds on: food, bulbs, pens, batteries, books, magazines, cosmetics, perfumes, hair products,  jewelry, cards, phone cards, over the counter  & prescription drugs, opened cd/dvd or cassettes, seasonal merchandise (including Valentines, Easter, Halloween and Christmas).

3) Clothing may only be returned in 7 days. Washed or used clothing or textile products cannot be returned.

4) Toys, appliances, telephones, lamps and electric lights must be tested before leaving the store – these items are not covered by the 30 day warranty.

5) Toys or other electric or battery operated items which come in blister packs and cannot be opened or tested are covered by the 30 day warranty if undamaged.

6) Appliances must be checked by our technicians before a decision is made.

7) All funds will be returned via the medium it was received.

CLAIMS: Claims for shortages or defective goods must be made within 24 hours of receipt. The seller cannot be responsible for shortages when shipments are directed to a third party. Grand Pharmacy reserves the right to make the final decision as to how to resolve any claim. See RETURNS & EXCHANGES section above for guidelines.

DISCLAIMER: Grand Pharmacy cannot guarantee variances in color, shade, size, and construction of stock items. We reserve the right to change, correct or improve goods without notice. Photographic colors may not be representative of true product colors. Grand Pharmacy has the right to modify, cancel or revoke these terms and conditions at any time. Infant wear is not intended to be worn as sleepwear.

PRICING: Due to the fluctuation in exchange rates, there might be slight variations between website and in-store prices.
